Information on how to participate in the Suzuki Cars@Expo Furkid 3D2N Staycation Lucky Draw (the "Contest") and the Contest Rules (as stated below) form the Contest Terms and Conditions. All persons registering or taking part in this Contest (the "Participants") agree to be bound by these Contest Terms and Conditions.

Contest Rules & Eligibility

1.
This Contest is organised by CHAMPION MOTORS (1975) PTE. LTD., of : 2 PANDAN CRESCENT,
INCHCAPE CENTRE, SINGAPORE 128462 ("Champion Motors").

2.
All employees, members of management and immediate family members of the following companies shall not be entitled to participate in this lucky draw : Champion Motors (1975) Pte Ltd

3.
The Contest is valid from 5th October 2023 to 8th November 2023,12pm (both dates inclusive, the
"Contest Period").

4.
All Suzuki car purchases from during the Contest Period will be entitled to one lucky draw chance.

5.
Multiple entries are allowed per participant, on the condition that each entry submitted corresponds to a separate purchase.
Prizes

1.
The winner of the lucky draw shall be selected by way of a random draw.

2.
The lucky draw will be conducted at 2 Pandan Crescent, Inchcape Centre, Singapore 128462 on 16th November 2023, 11.00am via TEAMS. Members of the public may attend to witness via the following link:

3.
The winner of the Contest shall be notified by phone and/or by e-mail within 7 calendar days after the Draw Date. In the event that the winner is not contactable the Prize would be forfeited, and the winner shall not have any claim against Champion Motors for such forfeiture.

The winner will receive their prize via their email address provided.

5.
Champion Motors may, without notice and at any time, substitute any prize with a prize of similar value, as determined by Champion Motors. Prize won will be given out on an “as it is” basis, and are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. To the extent not prohibited by law, all warranties, and representations in connection with the prizes are expressly excluded.

6.
The winner of the prize shall be responsible for all ancillary and additional costs arising from the use of the prize, insofar as these are not specifically indicated as part of the prize. Such ancillary costs include but shall not be limited to any additional orders made at restaurants.

7.
The entitlement to and use of the prize is also subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the respective merchants/vendors which supplied/supplies the prize(s).

8.
Where prizes contain a specified validity period during which it should be utilised, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. Prizes which remain unclaimed by any winner for 1 month after the announcement of the winners shall be conclusively forfeited by such winner, and the forfeited prize will be dealt with at Champion Motors’s discretion in accordance with applicable laws.

To extent permitted by law, Champion Motors will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim, or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with the Contest and prizes, and each Participant and any person acting on his/her behalf shall indemnify Champion Motor from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred in connection therewith.

10.
The items awarded under the specific voucher(s) and/or ticket(s) are provided by the participating vendor and subject to such further terms and conditions which may be imposed by each vendor. Champion Motors shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided under the voucher and/or ticket. Champion Motors, shall at all times, not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered as a result of availing the products and/or services under the voucher and/or ticket. Each Participant agrees that Champion Motors is not and will not be an agent of any third-party service provider, and as such any and all disputes about the quality of products and/or standard of services provided by the service provider shall be solved directly with them.
Personal Data

In the course of the lucky draw, personal information would be collected by each participant in the form of information contained in the lucky draw forms, as well as in the form of interviews, video recordings, visual recordings, and photographs (whether on our own or by appointed service provided) taken during the Event. By attending the Event and participating in the lucky draw, you consent to the collection of such information.

Each participant hereby expressly and irrevocably consents to, and grants to Champion Motors and its Affiliates the right to use the information described above to recommend further services/events/benefits (such as contests or events, which are similar to that attended where the lucky draw takes place), for our internal marketing and/or business review. With regards to the internal marketing and business review, Champion Motors may disclose or transfer personal as well as non-personal information relating to the participant to its employees, agents, or Affiliates or unrelated Champion Motors companies and/or business partners (such as Champion Motors) exclusively for this purpose. Insofar as a participant queries on any specific car or car parts, request for any specific services (such as servicing), request for a test drive or request to participate in any driving course or experience (whether in Singapore or elsewhere), Champion Motors would also forward that participant’s personal information to its authorized car dealer or other partners in Singapore to respond to those queries. For these purposes, participants’ information may also be stored and processed outside Singapore and the participant hereby consents to any such storage and processing of information outside Singapore. In addition to the aforesaid, Champion Motors may release personal information stored, if this is necessary to comply with a lawful court order.

Champion Motors shall in particular have the right to contact and/or mail the participant (whether electronically or otherwise) at any time with information and/or mailers containing customer service, business, marketing, advertising and/or promotional information of any kind, whether or not related to Champion Motors’s programmes, contests, promotions and/or activities, and Champion Motors shall additionally have the right to provide goods and/or services whether by Champion Motors direct or by its designated representatives and/or business partners to the participant, to conduct market research and analysis, including surveys and polls; and to send the participant information, promotions and updates including marketing and advertising materials in relation to Champion Motors’s goods and services and those of third party organizations selected by Champion Motors.

By participating in the lucky draw, each participant agrees to take part in any and all marketing, promotional, publicity exercise as may be conducted by Champion Motors arising or with respect to the lucky draw without any payment or compensation whatsoever and the participant irrevocably and unconditionally grants to Champion Motors and its Affiliates all consents and waivers necessary for Champion Motors and its Affiliates to record and use the participant(s)' performance, appearance, likeness and/or particulars as the case may be, in any manner whatsoever and in any part of the world as Champion Motors and its Affiliates shall in their sole discretion deem fit. The participant acknowledges that Champion Motors and its Affiliates shall be at liberty to publish and otherwise use any recordings made by Champion Motors, including without limitation the information on the lucky draw form, telephone call, telephone recordings, video recordings, visual recordings, and photographs (if any), for the promotion and publicity of Champion Motors, the Champion Motors brand, and the lucky draw. The participant hereby expressly waives all rights which the participant may acquire or have under the provisions of the Copyright Act of the Republic of Singapore (and any subsequent enactment or amendments thereto) and any other moral rights which the participant(s) may have or be entitled under any such legislation now existing or in the future enacted in any part of the world.

Each participant irrevocably releases Champion Motors and its Affiliates from and against any and all claims, suits, liabilities, or damages which such person may have in connection with his or her particulars or information, being (i) used by Champion Motors and its Affiliates (or any third party which Champion Motors has released the particulars/information to) in any manner or format; or (ii) disclosed or otherwise provided by Champion Motors to any third party as provided herein.
Others

1.
Champion Motors shall retain complete discretion in deciding on all matters relating to the lucky draw and shall decisions be final and binding on all participants. Champion Motors shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence/discussion with any participant with regards to its decisions.

2.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Champion Motors reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion to terminate the lucky draw or to amend, add and/or delete any of these terms and conditions without prior notification and all participants shall be bound to such amendments, additions or deletions when effected.

3.
In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to lucky draw, the terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail.

4.
Any person who is not a participant may not enforce any of these terms and conditions under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 35B)

5.
For the purposes of this Agreement, “Affiliate” shall mean means any corporation, company, partnership, or other entity (whether in Singapore or elsewhere) which is controlled by Champion Motors; controls Champion Motors; or is under common control with Champion Motors. For this purpose, ‘control’ means the authority or ability, whether exercised or not, to control an entity’s business and affairs, which authority shall conclusively be presumed to exist when more than fifty per cent (50 %) of the controlled entity's outstanding shares or ownership interest representing the right to make decisions for such entity are owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by the controlling entity, and/or the controlling entity possesses, directly or indirectly, the power to influence the decision making process, the direction of management, and the policies of the controlled entity.

6.
The terms and conditions of this lucky draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the participants shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore.
